What a blessing, thank you so much! The girls are incredibly appreciative. Being able to offer this to them has been a complete game changer in their perceptions of school and attitude toward staff, in general, this week. Thank you for what you do.

School Administrators, Therapists and Social Workers are able to request a scholarship for enrichment activities for kids in El Dorado County ages 0-18 (or older if participating in AB12). The only other requirement is for the referring partner to confirm that the child has been affected by trauma or is living in very low-income circumstances. Scholarships can be for any enrichment or extracurricular activity. Due to funding restrictions, the maximum scholarship is currently $500.00. We can assist in finding an activity for the child if needed.

Examples of scholarships: Driver's Ed, Yearbooks, Prom Tickets, Field Trips, sports, art classes, cheerleading, dance class. If it is a "normal childhood experience", it qualifies!
